The Blucatss
**September 2007** Take a bow Travo. If u missed him, try to catch a gig. He does a great job. Travis has his own style. Very quirky, true to the roots of the blues, yet moving the style forward in his own original way. Travis sings well and moves around the fretboard very confidently.

**August 2007**   The Doctor has left our shores for North America. The first man to fill his guitaring shoes in the Blucatss is Mr Travis Winter. A man who himself has travelled the blues highway in US of A. He wanted to do it in an ex-cop car but missed the chance at auto auction. Instead he took the train. Has seen the blues first hand in all it's glory and plays with a fervour henceforth. Please come on down to the gigs and make Travis welcome to the Blucatss musical cattery.

** Sept 2007** concentration plus!!

** Sept 2007** Go Jimmy!!
His Gear!!
Got me an original 1971 Fender Twin Reverb
And The Holy Grail - an Ibanez TS808 (original)
And The Son of the Holy Grail - an Ibanez TS9 (unmodded)
And my ladies;
- beat up, hot-rodded Japanese Fender Tele with Custom Shop Texas
Special Pickups
- a Mexican Robert Cray Signature Strat with Custom Shop Pickups
- a Yamaha Mike Stern Signature Pacifica Tele with Seymore Duncan
Pickups
Usually all set up with D'Addario 11-49's (concert pitch, standard
tuning)
And I use the Jim Dunlop 1mm Tortex picks.
Belden cables, Neutrix connectors. Korg Tuner.
And a beat-up old Gladstone bag to shove all the gear in!

But the secret is all in the fingertips;
that's where the tone comes from, everything else is smoke and mirrors.

Cheers,
T
